At MeowsAndWoof, we want you and your pets to love your purchase!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at ditto6267@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once verified, we will immediately send you a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost with a trackable shipping service.
• Please contact us at ditto6267@gmail.com before sending any items back to receive the proper return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet wellness liquids/serums, perishable goods, and used grooming tools cannot be returned once opened.
